1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or if there are unexpected high volumes of orders. We will notify you via email if we foresee any significant delays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer shipping services across India through reliable courier partners.

3. International Shipping

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.

If you DO offer international shipping:

• Shipping times and costs will vary significantly based on the destination country and the size/weight of the package.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dutone Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you DO NOT offer international shipping:

• We currently do not ship to destinations outside of India.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from contact@dutonecreations.com that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order status by visiting the courier partner's website and entering the tracking number provided in the email.

5. Shipping Address and Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you, we will contact you to re-ship the order. Re-shipping may incur a second shipping fee.
• Damaged/Lost Orders: Dutone Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You must also notify us immediately at contact@dutonecreations.com so we can assist you with the process.

6. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Areas

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We only ship to physical street addresses.
