Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy governs the cancellation of orders and the processing of refunds for purchases made through Dutone Creations. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We immediately begin processing orders to ensure quick dispatch, and therefore, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Cancellation by Dutone Creations: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment failure. In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.

2. General Refund Policy (Strictly No Refund/Return)

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure product integrity, mention product type if applicable, Dutone Creations operates a strict NO REFUND policy on all products sold, except in the specific circumstances outlined in Section 3 (Damaged/Defective Goods or Errors).

We do not accept returns or provide refunds based on customer change of mind, incorrect size/color selection by the customer, or minor differences in product appearance from website images.

3. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective Goods, or Company Errors

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product Damage in Transit: The product received is physically damaged upon delivery.
  • Manufacturing Defect: The product contains a manufacturing defect that significantly affects its intended use.
  • Shipping Error: You received the wrong item, color, or size due to an error on our part.

4. Reporting Damage/Defect and Replacement Process

To be eligible for an exchange or refund under Section 3, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Procedure:

  1. Send an email to contact@dutonecreations.com with your Order Number and detailed description of the damage or defect.
  2. Include mandatory evidence: Unboxing video showing the damage/defect clearly from the start, and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
  3. Once the claim is validated by our team, we will offer a replacement product, store credit, or a full refund for the cost of the damaged item.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the exceptions in Section 3, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment via Razorpay within 7-10 business days.

The time taken for the credited amount to reflect in your account is subject to your bank's policies.
